Arun is the technical engine of FutureStrive, with nearly 32 years in the IT industry developing and architecting large software products and development projects for multinational corporations including Cisco, British Telecom, Reader's Digest, Wolters Kluwer, Infor and Smyths Toys. As CTO of CloverBridge Technologies, he specializes in building AI-ready teams and turning ambitious technology roadmaps into systems that run reliably at scale.

Sid's focus is designing solutions for the industries FutureStrive serves. He has worked at the intersection of traditional business and technology across real estate, venture capital and software. He holds a Master's in Applied Economics from Cornell University and a Master's in International Management (CEMS) from the National University of Singapore.

Balaji advises FutureStrive on scaling product and technology. A senior technology executive with more than two decades leading engineering at global scale, he has built systems serving hundreds of millions of users and processing billions of transactions — resilient, cloud-scale, distributed architecture designed to hold up within real-world constraints like legacy integration and cost. His experience spans fintech, bio-informatics and real-time embedded systems. He holds an MS from the University of Kansas.

Dr. Xavier Chelladurai is a pioneering figure in Indian computer science, with 40 years spanning industry and academia. A Professor of AI, Machine Learning and Data Science at Christ University, Bengaluru, he holds a PhD in Computer Science, has authored 23 computer science books used in university curricula across India and abroad, and is a Senior Member of IEEE. In prior roles, he served as Vice President and Global Head of Artificial Intelligence at Capgemini, leading the design of AI systems that transformed client businesses.

Ramesh is a career technology consultant to the oil and gas industry, with 50+ years designing and delivering transformation programs for major operators including Shell and ExxonMobil. He has held CXO positions across the oil and gas consulting space, and is co-founder and CEO of AUM Consulting, providing financial and administrative advisory to the energy industry, and was previously Managing Director of My IT Group.
